Windows 10: Windows 10 Pro Activation Issues OEM

Hello,

I have trouble activating Windows 10 Pro on my new laptop Schenker Via 15:

I have an OEM product key which I purchased from Playasia.
Before asking my question here, I tried to fix this issue on my own searching the Internet for any hints or tips, but my attempts remained unsuccessful so far.
Then I tried to contact Microsoft support via phone, but after waiting 35 long minutes for yet another agent that I was referred to, I hung up.
Finally, I contacted the key seller, and they contacted their technical team and they informed me that the key is being okay according to their technical team. I was advised to clean install Windows although I did that already. Needless to say, I reinstalled it again formatting all my hard drives, however, it still does not work at all.

Windows 10 pro

I need to change my motherboard, have windows 10 pro. When i google how to it says go to activation then add an account, my issue is there is no add an account option under activation? Or am I in the wrong window?



Not sure how to proceed, ive googled it and the same results. Do I have an OEM or? On the disk sleave it says OEI DVD?

Windows 10 Activation (Insider)

I bought Windows 7 Pro OEM key from G2Play.net for 12€ to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro - worked like a charm but be advised if you buy a OEM key you can not download the Win 7 iso from microsoft and have to get it elsewhere.
