Windows 10: windows 10 pro build 10240 laptop wont go to sleep anymore...

Hi all,

after i press power button to go to sleep, it just wakes upon its own instantly and if i type command powercfg -requests in cmd then it gives following error :

C:\WINDOWS\system32>powercfg -requests

DISPLAY:

None.



SYSTEM:

None.



AWAYMODE:

None.



EXECUTION:

None.



PERFBOOST:

[DRIVER] Legacy Kernel Caller

and all the other waketimers are disabled so,

C:\WINDOWS\system32>powercfg -waketimers

There are no active wake timers in the system.

and also,

C:\WINDOWS\system32>powercfg -devicequery wake_armed

NONE.

unfortunately i m not able to override PERFBOOST request. is there any way to override this request from registry or any other alternative method to do it? plz help guys. thnks and any help will be appreciated..

Problem: about 80% of the time, my laptop won't wake up from sleep mode via keyboard press or mouse move/click. I seem to be missing many common features in power plan too, even after fresh Windows 10 install.

Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Reinstalled Windows 10 (clean)
2. Updated all drivers
3. Replicated on multiple Windows 10 versions, updates
4. BIOS latest version
5. No USB devices attached, ever. Only USB-C power and bluetooth mouse
6. Disabled "fast startup" in control panel
