Windows 10: Windows 10 Pro build:18363 - Custom .iso file

Hello all,


I think this is my first question arround here. I will try to speak as clear as possible and try to explain my problem:


I am trying to buil d custom .iso of Windows 10 Pro in order to install it in several machines.

I have installed Windows 10 Pro on a computer, installed all the drivers and programs under audit mode and have run the sysprep.

So, after all the changes needed, i was able to capture my custom install.wim with dism commands.


At this point, i have replaced the install.wim file under my original Windows 10 Pro thumb drive.

I have mounted my install.wim and moved the Winre.wim file under this location: %MOUNTDRIVE%\Windows\System32\Recovery


After this change, i have now \commit the changes and saved my custom.wim file

Now, the problem is the following... after i install this custom image, the Reagentc.exe /info output is always set as disabled.... in order to fix this, i have to manually run the following commnad: "Reagentc.exe /enable".... that's it.


Why is the Reagentc.exe set as Enabled by default? Am i missing something? Can someone help me out?

Finding .IMG or .ISO file in Windows 8.1 Pro download

Hey guys,

In preparation for my new PC I downloaded Windows 8.1 Pro from Dreamspark, and I wanted to burn it to a DVD, so I can install it on the new PC.
However, in the downloaded files I can't find a .IMG or .ISO file anywhere. I understood that the .IMG file is the one you need to burn to the DVD?

Any suggestions?

use the key you need for the build and run those lines in cmd to activate

I suggest running those commands as administrator. Just in case.

Version 10.0.18363 Build 18363 fails to download .application file that works for Build 18362

We have an setup application we have our customers use to install our software. The Setup application is a Visual Studio application built in 2013. All of a sudden, with the 18363 Windows build release the main "setup.exe" will download but when it tries
to run there is Windows error message saying it can't or won't download the "setup.application" file from the same folder. We have tested on several machines that have the 18362 build and the setup works fine. Is there a "bug" in build 18363 or is it a
"new feature" that blocks old code?
