Windows 10: Windows 10 pro can't access shared folder on home network

Can you kindly elaborate what should I do in little bit details ?

 

The details are that those two items I posted again, are for checking SMB/CIFS in the Command Window. The other one is for checking shared folders and computers within Windows and located in Administrative tools. We could be past this already, if you would have ran either of the two commands and show a screenshot unaltered, for us to see what is going on.

If you have any third party software or Internet Security running that can make changes to the Firewall, you have settings in Advanced Sharing disabled, your network adapter is set to Public, not Private, all of that can add up to finding the answer to your question in about five to ten minutes.

Openfiles in the Command Window shows shared folders on the network, same as net view /all. The other way is in Administrative tools and pretty much self explanatory.

I did test with another desktop which has windows 7 , can't access the shared folder

Nothing all removed and disabled

 

What does it show for compmgmt.msc under Administrative tools? Also make sure that you have the username and password set in your Profile management in windows.

You are not per chance running the OS in a Virtual Machine? Just curious because of the srive A.

The Windows 7 machine may be simple. As I posted in the beginning about the first part being thinking questions. That is hiw I look at the problem when tracking down. The majority of answers is jut looking at other help sit s that others have had the same problem.
