Windows 10: windows 10 pro error 0x803fa067

Somebody help me I have a problem when I put the key of win 10 pro I get 0x803fa067 and when I put the win 10 home I get 0xc004f050.
someone help me here more info:

VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T in the change product key after disabling the network adapter it workedand my pc upgraded to win 10 pro

Had the same issue - removing it from the network before hitting start worked for me:
