Windows 10: Windows 10 Pro Error Code 0x8007232B

On Domain environment recently upgraded Windows 8.1 Pro with Windows Update Server but Windows 10 Pro unable to activate.
However i click on manual activation button but nothing happens.
Any Suggestions & help

slmgr /dlv

 

Just followed steps from below link , error changed but still unable to activated.

[FIX] Activation Failed Because This Device Doesnt Have A Valid Digital Entitlement Or Product Key. Error Code: 0x803F7001
