    Hello everyone!

I hope that someone in the forum can help me with this issue that I've benn having for almost a year. After booting my PC I randomly get crashes and freezes while navigating on the web or even using Photoshop or any other application. Sometimes I can just work fine withouth any freeze or problem at all or after miniutes or hours the PC eventually freezes and I have to reboot my system.

I tried checking RAM and Hard Disk but apparently nothing went wrong. I updated every driver and I had a clean windows installation, but still I keep having the same problems.

Here are my Computer's specs :

And in case if you need it, I attached a dump file from 2 weeks that caused a crash:

Cheers to everyone in the community who is willing to help.

    :)

Windows 10 (Pro 64bit) randomly freezes

Thank you for the information, Neil. To address your concern regarding the random freezes that's happening on your computer, we suggest performing the steps below, and check if the experience will be the same:

    • Sign in using an administrator account in your Windows 10 computer.
    • Disable or uninstall any anti-virus that you've installed to prevent it from interfering with the upgrade to Windows 10.
    • Reinstall Windows 10.

Let us know the outcome of the troubleshooting procedure for us to assist you further.

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    BSOD and freezing

Yesterday I started up my laptop from hibernating and it freezes, after restarting several times I get a BSOD which freezed on the BSOD one time.
After restarting again the laptop freezed at the Welcome screen.
I have had the freezing before, it was gone for about 2 months.
I did not install any new hardware.
Now it seems to run fine again.

But what is causing the freezing and the BSOD?
I bought this laptop last January.
