Windows 10: windows 10 pro get stuck in wallpaper cant enter pin

Hi guys,


I have trouble a hour ago. My windows get stuck in wallpaper if i enter or press any buttons the pin are not come out and back to wallpaper screen. There are no restart/turn off menus.

Try many times wont work


I try the other way like combination alt ctrl delete. Same windows back to wallpaper screen. As we know if we enter this wallpaper screen it will be pin required. Mine back to wallpaper screen again and again and again

can not enter lock screen PIN

when i try to enter my PIN to log into my PC, after pressing the first digit of the PIN the lock screen closes to lock screen wallpaper. then again clicking or pressing any key comes the enter pin screen and again entering the first digit takes me to lock
screen wallpaper. don't really know what is wrong here. i am using windows 10 pro.

• Which build and version of Windows 10 are you using before reinstalling Windows?
• Have you tried resetting your PIN?
• Did you get any error messages after you verified the PIN you entered?
