Windows 10: Windows 10 Pro Internet Speed Limitation?

Hey guys.

So been having a major issue with Windows 10 for the last few months after an update. My Internet speed seems to be limited to 144 - 180 Mbps DL on a 350 Mb ISP package. (Avg. speed 370 Mbps DL) I've Google'd a number of times but only come across the same topic each time regarding Delivery Optimization using Settings, CMD and Group Policy Editor. I've followed the guides and done the necessary changes but to no avail.

Has anyone been able to completely disable Windows 10's bandwidth limits? I am also connected directly to my router via Ethernet on a 1Gbps network card at 1Gbps full Duplex.

Windows 10 Home - WIFI Slow internet speed - limited

Hi,

I Have installed on my brand new laptop windows 10 Home "already updated", I have a 10 Mbps internet connection but only reaches 1.2 Mbps, I ran a speed test on my phone that uses the same WiFi and is reaching 9 Mbps. Something is limiting the bandwidth
almost in 90% of its capacity, WiFi driver is Updated and I'm sitting next to the modem to get a better signal strength and I get full signal bars but the speed still the same, I already tried some basic troubleshooting suggested by Microsoft but still does
not work, I don't think something is consuming the bandwidth because my phone gets a good speed. I don't know what else to do.

Using windows 10 with limited internet speed.

I live in a rural area and I have limited internet speed. (Less than 1 MB/s). Windows 10 seems to be using the internet all the time. How can I prevent windows 10 from constantly accessing the internet so I can use my full bandwidth for email and web surfing.
