    This morning --start button is inop, file folder is inop, ran malware scan nothing found.

    20 gb of free space on c: drive


    Multiple restarts to no avail.

    Suggestions?

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
