I tried to install win 10 pro n on my pc with win 10 pro activation key but it can't be use, why ?

No, I suggested to download the ISO file yourself. Install Media Creation Tool, choose Create Bootable Media or Download ISO, untick the box to Use Recommended Settings if it suggests N version so you can choose Pro in your bit version. Then proceed with
the other steps I gave.

Unfortunately, you will have to do a clean install in order to switch from the N to non-N version. You can start the installation from with N but, you will only be given the option to keep files.

So, make sure you backup your files and prepare to reinstall apps and drivers.
