Windows 10: Windows 10 Pro not activating error 0xc0000022

This happened after a hardware reset.. I've tried 3 different keys all of which do not work. Including the original key when I initially upgraded (it worked before the hardware reset) I've tried to see if any files or drivers were damaged and they arent. Can someone please help I am close to giving up

I bought a Windows 10 pro product key yesterday but it shows error code 0xc0000022 when trying to activate
