Windows 10: Windows 10 Pro retail + downgrade rights

First, I would recommend you run your Windows 7 Product Keys through the check product key option of Showkeyplus. If the product keys are OEM:SLP type, then you won't be able to re-install Windows 7 without the original factory restore discs. If the product keys are OEM:COA or Retail, then download the Windows 7 ISO file using the Windows ISO downloader program I linked to in Post #2. You can clean install Windows 7 with media created from the ISO file.

I did what was posted above via installing Windows 10 and following the links above. reinstalled Windows 7 on both my computers. Now I can't update either installation so what do I do. I looked at the links above and couldn't find anything to help me

First, open a "run as administrator" command prompt in Windows 7. Run slmgr /dlv. Post the results windows here. There won't be any uniquely identifying information in the windows, so you don't have to blank anything out. That way we can see what the status is of your Windows 7 and we can go from there. Here is mine as an example of what we are looking for:

K. And does it say License Ststus: Licensed?

Updates for Windows 7 is a real problem right now because it seems like Microsoft is giving priority to Windows 10.

Then it's probably just Microsoft prioritizing their bandwidth to push out Windows 10 updates and upgrades. I tried to install Windows 7 on my new home built desktop computer about 3 weeks ago and it was so horrendous trying to get the required updates installed, like the proper .net versions I needed, I gave up. I was only going to load it to monitor all these claims of "Microsoft upgraded me to Windows 10 without my permission".
