  1. Windows 10 Pro Setup - "Set up for an organization" does not appear during setup

I have 10 netbooks to setup for a customer, they came with Windows 10 Home but I have upgraded them to Pro and made sure they are activated. I have then reinstalled Pro from scratch in order to join them to the customers Office365 Premium, however, during setup I do not get offered the 'Set up for an Organisation' option, it take me to the MIcrosoft accounts option which I obviously cant sign into. Is this because MS still sees this as a Home machine?

Windows 10 Setup - "Set up for an organization"

During setup of Windows 10 you encounter this question: How would you like to set up?

    Set up for personal use

    Set up for an organization

Has Microsoft adequately explained anywhere specifically what happens with the latter choice? Does it interact with Office 365 business subscriptions or is it merely a way to setup with a local or Azure domain? What exactly happens? The description
given is vague and it seems the question has been asked numerous times on other forums but there seems to be no definitive or official answer to the question.

"You'll gain access to your organizations resources like email, network, apps, and services. Your organization will have full control over this device"

    How, specifically?

Windows 10 Setup Choose Organization by Mistake

    Hi RichardDeanJohnson,

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft community forum.

Domain allows an organization to centrally manage your computer’s settings and provide resources to it. If the computer is joined to a domain (Organization) already, but you want to connect to a workgroup, you must leave the domain
to which your PC is assigned.

Note: You must be signed in to an
Administrator account on your Windows 10 PC to leave a domain.

I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below:

Method 1: Remove PC from Domain using System Properties

    1. Press Windows
and Pause break key together on your Keyboard.
    2. Click on Advance System Settings on the left pane.
    3. Select the first tab Computer Name from system properties window.
    4. Click on Change.
    5. Select Workgroup > Type Workgroup name (You can provide any name to it)
    6. Click on Ok and Confirm.
    7. Enter the Username and the Password to setup a normal account.
    8. Click on Ok and restart the computer.

    2. Tap on Accounts > Select
Access work or school from the left pane.

    4. Click on Yes to confirm, restart the computer to make changes.
