    You are to look for update KB3124262.
    If your Windows Update won't give it to you, use the Microsoft Update Catalog Center link below :
    https://catalog.update.microsoft.com...px?q=KB3124262

    1st one on the list is for 32-bit, 2nd one is for 64-bit.

    1 suggestion is just to verify your windows bit.....type Winver in your search box.....it will tell you the Version and weather its 32 or 64bit.
    looking at the users spec's....it reports 64bit.....

    It shouldn't take long to download the KB update.
    If install is successful, you should be updated to 10586.71

    Please confirm.
