Windows 10: Windows 10 Pro v1909 Unable to install KB4565483

Discus and support Windows 10 Pro v1909 Unable to install KB4565483 in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I've tried to update Windows several times, update KB4565483 constantly fails!     Windows 10 Pro v1909 Unable to install KB4565483


    I've tried to update Windows several times, update KB4565483 constantly fails! I've also tried updating manually by running the standalone update package and by using DISM commands to apply the update! The DISM log provides the following:

    DISM.exe /Online /Clean-Image /ScanHealth yields No Component Store Corruption and SFC /SCANNOW yields No Integrity Violations Found!

    I have tried to perform an in-place upgrade without success!

    Any assistance in this regard will be highly valued, I will also share my CBS.log and DISM.log upon request!
