Windows 10: Windows 10 Pro Volume License Key not working

    Windows 10 Pro Volume License Key not working


    My Court recently purchased a bunch of HP Laptops for the courts. We have a volume license key for pro, but the new laptops will not accept the volume license key when I try to upgrade to pro. The license key is valid.


    Is there a windows 10 pro image I can download and install instead of upgrading from Home to Pro?

    Keyboard Volume Keys not working while in-game

    I happen to have used the Tt Challenger Pro keyboard in the past, and the volume keys worked flawlessly in every game, so it's indeed a weird problem. I would suggest the same thing sneekypeet suggested, using the keyboard software and assign this function to a hotkey, but you said that didn't work either, so yeah...

    I read through most of that thread and it seems you have to jump through windows insider hoops. Is there a Retail Windows 10 x64 PRO ISO I can download directly from microsoft that my windows 8 key will work with?
