Windows 10: Windows 10 Pro x64 : Not loading Windows Update

Hello,

I just did a clean install after activating a upgrade install of Windows 10 and I'm having a weird problem. My Windows Update area isnt loading any listed updates and only shows the loading dots at the top. I also can't access the advanced options either. Has anyone else encountered this problem or saw a fix for it?

I just restarted the services and it started working. Not sure why a reboot didn't fix it.

Cannot take update "Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB3189866)"

I cannot load " Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB3189866)" after updates , the download stops at 45%.

ATI 5570 HD supposedly supports Windows 10 Pro x64, yet keeps crashing the moment I load a game, WTF?

ATI 5570 HD still causing games to freeze on Windows 10 Pro x64 with current catalyst drivers. The second I load Heroes of the Storm, WoW, Diablo 3, pretty much anything that uses Dx9, Dx10, or Dx11 archetexture short of running a facebook game with flash,
crashes my system immediately. All of the updates are installed, the Catalyst drivers are current. ATI claims the current catalyst package DOES support all 5000 HD series Radeon cards, yet my 5570 says oh **** no the moment I attempt to load any game run it
in Windows 10 Pro x64. Many people claim this issue has been solved for months, so I did a fresh install of Windows 10 Pro x64 the other day. All updates installed, all drivers up to date, in their 64 bit formats, etc.... The moment I load a game, it it sure
doesn't seem to be solved. I've uninstalled them, reinstalled them, etc, nothing works. Everything was working perfectly in Windows 7 Pro x64.... What gives? I'm convinced that this is some form of planned obsolescence, because nothing seems to fix the issue
it's REALLY turning me off to Windows 10.
