Windows 10: Windows 10 problem does not refresh the folder or desktop

I have windows 10 pro 64bit and ssd and 16gb on my Asus ROG MAXIMUS XI HERO.
It happens to me very often on the desktop to copy a file and it does not appear until after a long time or appears if I select refrash. So similarly in the folders .. unzipped a zip file and the extracted folder does not appear, I have to refresh, the same if i created a new folder is not appear immediatly

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows 10 desktop icons not in order

In ccleaner, did you uncheck cleaning the icon cache... have not used in a while; however, I think that is what the option is called.

Now, if you are setting the icons and they move after you have set the settings and not changed them... you may have the "Random Windows 10 Icon movement problem".
Some people have this and some don't.

Thanks, the step you mentioned

Click on the desktop.

• Press CTRL + SHIFT + N.
• A new folder should be created.
• Creating a new folder using a keyboard shortcut.

It's working for me. But my new folder option is not working anywhere not in desktop as well as not in file explorer. Whenever I am placing my cursor on new folder option, its first spinning for few seconds then goes to close the file
explorer and refresh the desktop once.
