    Windows 10 Problems, blue screens and more...


    Hello, everyone, my computer is acting crazy. Yesterday, it started showing blue screen (with a code, I don't remember sorry), and after relaunching, I had a information that something is wrong (a cyber signature?? sorry but I'm not good at English and I have W10 in Polish). I relaunched the system and everything seemed to be fine. Later that day, I was using the pc, and the bsod was back. I did my files backup, and reinstalled w10 (from DVD). Again, everything seemed to be fine. And after turning on pc, Ive got a BSoD with APC Index Mismatch (yesterday's code was other one), and after relaunching I've got a information that some system file is corrupt or something like that. I'm mad at my pc but someone please tell me, do I have to just do format, or it's a dead hard drive?

    • Did you get a STOP code?
    • Did you install any hardware or driver recently?

    The issue occurs due to corrupted system file. In order for us to assist you, please answer the questions below:

    • Were there any changes prior to the issue?
    • What is the exact error messages?
    • Can you please provide us the screenshot of the blue screen error?

    Startup Blue Screen

    Hi Jon,

    Startup blue screen error(s) can occur if a problem causes your PC to shut down or restart unexpectedly. It could be due to the following:

    • Outdated device software drivers
    • Corrupted Windows update system files
    • Software/Security conflicts

    We would like to know some information:

    • Did you get any blue screen stop error codes?
    • Have you tried booting in Safe mode?
