Windows 10: Windows 10 programing

Dear Microsoft, I've been using Microsoft Products for many years over 25 years almost and I have been wondering all these years if I can reprogram windows to do some operations for me WITHOUT having to use the newly added features of Power Automate SPECIALY OFFLINE TASKS - involving other programs whether these programs are Microsoft software or NOTFor Example , Can I reprogram windows to open any file like an Excel file, run a Macro on that spreadsheet and save it - AND DO ALL OF THAT AUTOMATICLY ---Without the need of Power Automate?LONG STORY SHORT , I need t

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files.
