Windows 10: Windows 10 randomly fills DVD Disc after formatting the Disc pls help

Hello Yesterday i bought new 8.5 GB DVD Discs because i wanted to use 1 to install windows on a old PC and i also wanted to use the rest for storage my Windows install disc had no problems . But the other discs which i wanted to use for storage all did something weird after i formatted i used the use like USB flash drive format Windows immediately filled up the discs to its full capacity for some reason when i didnt even save a single file to the disc so i tried with another disc it also did the same thingIt would be very nice if you can find the cause/fix itkind regradsme and please excuse

When you burn the picture to a disc do you right click the picture and select send to, then select your DVD drive letter.

I've just tried a disc in my burner and there is an option to format the disc but you need to describle in a bit more detail the steps you use to burn your DVD. (just the steps when you burn to disc) Rather than me trying to guess.

DVD disc format limited - Windows 10 (HELP ME)

I'm having a problem formatting a DVD disc in windows 10? It only gives me UDF options and not mastered format. UDF format doesn't play in DVD players. I see that others are having same issue. Can you help us?
