Windows 10: Windows 10 *randomly freezing

I recently upgraded to windows 10. I did when it first came out but had a lot of issues then and decided to revert back to windows 7. I have had zero issues while windows 7 was installed.


My windows 10 will seemly randomly freeze while play games or just browsing in chrome and listen to music. It always requires a hard reset.


I've been through a bunch of different forums and be unable to find something that fixes my issue. and wanted to try and get specific help as shotgunning with other peoples fixes has yet to work.


Below is my system build with windows 10 home 64bit.

Windows 10 freezes randomly

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin

• Are there any third party applications that are currently installed?

• Go to the computer manufacturer's website.
• Look for the computer model that you're using.
• You should find any available BIOS update.
