    Hi there,


    Good day, I am new here and have problem with my acer aspire v5-551 laptop. I bought the later at suny euro in belgium, sometimes around 2015 and 2016, it comes with windows 8 home. Then I upgrade to 8.1 and when 10 was released i also upgraded to the new release. Two years ago i leave the laptop to my son and he use it for gaming and corrupt something in the os i guess, it has problem with booting. Just this year I manage to boot it back to windows 10 thanks to many tutorials in youtube and to the help I get from microsoft forums, but the problem is that it doesn't function well anymore, so I try to restore it back to factory settings and found out that the restore point, and all restore files was already deleted from the drive.


    Now I want to re-install the windows 10 or maybe go back to its original version of windows 8 if possible, but, i have no product key since it comes pre-installed when I bought it. I have read in this site that it has a digital license embeded in its motherboard... Is it possible that If I download windows in microsoft download, either windows 8 or 10 it doesnt matter actually, that after the finish installation thete will be no product key needed? Or is the embeded digital license in its mobo will be deleted also after the reformat process?

    Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

    I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
