Windows 10: Windows 10 reactivation error 0x803FA067

I do not have a license key because I had a digital license (from the upgrade to Windows 10 back when Windows 10 launched). On 12/23 I finally got around to doing my system rebuild, new MB and chipset family, new processor, DDR4, m.2 NVMe drives etc. Now Windows is refusing to reactivate, even with the correct steps being followed from before I started the rebuild (even installed from the UEFI bootable USB that Windows had me create to port to new rig.)


Kind of frustrating. Including the slmgr.vbs /dlv screen shot for troubleshooting needs (saw it requested in other threads.) Thanks for the assistance.

Error 0x803FA067

Hi all

This is my scenario:

I upgraded a couple of years ago from Windows 8.1 Home OEM to Windows 10 Home.

Now I'm trying to update from Win 10 Home to Win 10 PRO using the general PK VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T as suggested in many posts. I've a valid OEM Windows 10 Pro PK to insert after upgrading procedure. When I start the upgrade procedure, I get this
message: Is not possible activate Windows in this PC because you don't have a digital licence or a valid PK. The error code is 0x803FA067.

When I open Setting=>Activation I find "Windows is active with a digital licence connected to your Microsoft Account".

Any suggestion?
