Windows 10: Windows 10 reboot/recovery/restart loop help.

I currently use Windows 10 software and one dayI shut off my pc and used two weeks later to turning it on and having it say “failed to start” with a percentage next to. After it takes me to recovery mode, Ive looked up and tried about 15 solutions such as: Command prompt solutions, restoring to previous version, reseting the BIOS, and I try to factory reset but it wont let me. During the reset process it fails and says “fails to reset pc” the basic restart just puts me back to to recovery. Ive tried reseting thing on my motherboard and various ways to fix BIOS. Ive really gotten into a bad situation and I need help.


Any solutions of any kind would be greatly appreciated!
