Windows 10: Windows 10 Reccomend for a virus update

Windows 10 just recommended me an update which is *Chromium as browser, Yahoo as search engine* and that's viruses please help is my laptop infected??? it said i can cancel and i press cancel and it says it doesn't need restart but i proceed canceling but i still worrying if my laptop will be destroyed by virus one day please help

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.
