Windows 10: Windows 10 recent update messed up my windows

After the update my windows 10 dont work anymore the search bar doesnt work i cant open setting or when it does open when i go to open the display setting or anything else it just loads and load and never opens it is there any clue of what could caused that problem?

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.

Microsoft to make Windows 10 updates mandatory

Well, at the moment at least, you can choose to defer upgrades. Under Settings > Windows Updates > Advanced options you need to check the box labeled "Defer upgrades". What does that do? Good question. The answer I've found might illuminate it to a degree.

I hear this only applies to Pro and Enterprise editions. But I can't verify that.
