Windows 10: Windows 10 Recovery CD Free Download Question

These days on decent hardware you can take a backup image easily and it shouldn't take more than 30 mins AT MAX. Then if you need to recover simply RESTORE --it's usually a lot quicker and easier than using the Windows recovery CD --official one or otherwise.

I can't understand why this is such a problem --there's LOADS of decent backup software out there most of it FREE for home users.
You can make bootable USB images too.

On an SSD a full W10 restore should only take around 10 mins even for a large windows system.

ALWAYS TAKE REGULAR BACKUPS.

BTW AVOID "Sneaker" or "Sucker" ware like the plague --you know things like DriverMax which offer to find drivers for you and when the site says its found them you have to PAY to use or access that part of the site. There's quite a few of those types of sites so be careful.

I use macrium reflect free, and I have a differential system backup that is scheduled to run every evening, because I tend to mess up my system a lot.
today I played with some advanced permissions on the C drive, and I ran into trouble, so I used MR to restore, and to my surprise, the system wouldn't boot. It had a problem accessing the disk. That usually doesn't happen to me with MR.
But the MR boot repair tool solved the problem pretty quick.
