Windows 10: Windows 10 refuses to boot - NEED HELP FAST - Bootrec /fixboot Access Denied

Still looking for an answer... I have read the previous posts about this issue from last year and tried the fix below and numerous people are now telling me to start a new thread.

It appears that my system is refusing to create a BCD file. Although I get the message “boot files successfully created”, when I go to reboot it still hangs and refuses to allow me access to perform the bootrec /fixboot command. It has been suggested that I rename the old bcd file and although I run the appropriate command “bcdboot c:\windows /l en-us /s V: /f UEFI” when I search for the BCD, it doesn’t appear anywhere.

Windows 10 will not boot (stuck on the rotating circles), after uninstalling Ubuntu by deleting the partition.

I attempted to use bootrec to fix it, however bootrec /fixboot gives me access denied.

bootrec /findos lists 0 found windows installations.

On a laptop (no cd drive, no usb stick >= 8gb).

Windows version 10.0.16299.15

I have a problem, i uninstalled ubuntu with GRUB recently and wanted to fix windows bootloader. And when i type bootrec /fixmbr everything's fine, but when i type bootrec /fixboot it shows access denied. I've read answear to this question

efi. I see following partitions. Does somebody know a solution?
