Windows 10: Windows 10 Regularly BSOD

Hi, I'm looking for helps to solve the constant BSOD issues with my newly built PC. It's about couple times of BSOD every day. It occurs mostly when my PC was idle. sometimes it happened when I was opening email or watching YouTube.My PC specifications: AMD 5950x, MSI Unify X570, Kingston 16GB DDR4 x2, Quadro RTX6000 x2, Intel p660 nvme 500GB x1, Samsung 860 EVO SATA 1TB x1, Samsung 860 EVO M.2 x1, Samsung 970 EVO Plus 500GB x1.Windows version: 21H1OS Build: 19043.1083I've run disk check, and ram check with no luck.I've replace all usb devices, mouse and keyboard etc.. Issues are still there.I

BSOD regularly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 I get BSOD : irqs_notless_or equal to, I can repair it with System Mechanic 14.6, but an looking for a permanent fix, any suggestions?

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
