Windows 10: Windows 10 reinstall major problem

Well I've been treading on thin ice for a couple of months. I knew 2 out of my 4 HDs had bad sectors. I backed up all my files so I only had Windows 10 and programs left on C drive (had like 1 or 2 bad sectors).

I bought a Samsung SSD 860 EVO and tried many times to unsuccessfully clone my C drive, so I added that to "my list of things to do" and kept using my C drive.

I forgot my V drive was the other HD with the bad sectors and I plugged it back in because I needed a file off it, and that was the end of my C drive.

I made a USB with Media Creation Tool and did a clean install onto new Samsung SSD. I thought I had it set up to boot as UEFI but I checked and it was booting in Legacy mode and taking fore to boot up and flashing to different screens. I followed these instructions on how to cont from MBR to GPT:
diskpart
list disk
select disk x (0 in my case)
clean
cont gpt
exit
exit

It worked and my SSD booted so much quicker. I'm almost to my problem I promise. When I did the MBR to GPT consion I had a couple of errors. Those are posted here:




So I tried to find a solution to repair WinRE. I followed these instructions:




And now, Windows is asking me to do another installation, and this time it says my installation key is invalid. Is there a way to undo what I did?

[Solved] Windows 10 keeps reinstalling KB3119142

I noticed quite some time ago that KB3119142 (Update for Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Update 4 Redistributable Package) kept reinstalling itself for some reason. At least once daily. Sometimes up to several times a day. I just ignored it. It didn't seem to be doing any harm. And I figured they'd eventually fix it. Well...days turned into weeks, weeks into months, with no end to the problem in sight. It dragged on unsolved for at least the last few months. Literally reinstalling itself hundreds of(at least a hundred, felt like more) times in that period of time.

So I finally googled it a couple days ago. And just got around to fixing it today. Which appears to have worked. And it couldn't have been easier to do. I feel so stupid to have let it intimidate me for so long.*Oops!

I would suggest you to follow the methods below and check if it helps.

Method 1: Try running Windows store app troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

If issue persist, I suggest you to try method2.

Method 2: Try resetting the Windows Store cache and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps to Reset Windows Store cache.

  Type wsreset.exe and press Enter.
