Windows 10 Reset and Unexpected Sync

I recently completed a complete ("everything") reset of my computer.

After resetting, I turned on the computer and found the original screen saver was reloaded as well as my favorites in Microsoft Edge.

It seems that there are files or data that are saved to the cloud automatically and then reloaded after resetting.

    Is this correct?

If yes, does anyone know what data/files are automatically synced?

Is it possible to edit or delete these files?

One concern is that the "everything" reset really did not remove everything.

My second concern involves the security.

Can a hacker place some type of malware into this group of auto-synced files such that it reloads after resetting?

    Any guidance is appreciated. Thanks.

    :)

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
