Windows 10: windows 10 reset could not find the recovery environment

Hi,


I could not reset my windows 10 to factory settings. I had performed a "Reset This PC" many times. But it say that it "could not find the recovery environment, please insert your installation/recovery media."


If anyone could let me know how to proceed to wipe my computer, that would be great. Thank you!

Can't find recovery environment windows 10


Hi guys, good day. I need your help regarding with reseting my laptop. I clone my OS from hdd to ssd using easeUS. after cloning I formatted my hdd since I'm confident that everything is ok. now I can't reset my laptop because of this error. I had tried these steps below but it's not working.
diskpart
select disk 0
list partition
select partition
set id

your help is greatly appreciated.

Missing Windows Recovery Environment

I want to reinstall Windows 10 as I could resolve a problem with Windows Explorer that I had since upgrading.

Last week I started using the Reset This PC option and got as far as being given the list of apps that will need reinstalling after reinstalling Windows 10. I stopped at that point and tried a few more times to fix the original problem.

Now when I try to run Reset This PC it tells me it cannot find the Windows Recovery Environment. Is there no built in way or tool that I can download that can recreate the Windows Recovery Environment?

I also try to revert back to Windows 7 but that option has gone too despite being less than a month since upgrading to Windows 10.

It has all been a disaster so far.
