Windows 10: Windows 10 Resetting this PC stuck

Hello all,


I found a lot of janky files and decided I just might as well factory reset my computer. The CPU usage and disk usage were like at 100% most of the time and it was frustrating anyways.


So I really thought just doing a factory reset would work.


Except my screen has been sitting on resetting this PC 26% for 3 hours now? I am slightly worried because I did have a hunch that there may be malware or spyware or adware or whatever on my pc. I reset my PC through the troubleshooting screen but I launched from pressing shift and restart. I selected delete all files and restore from the cloud.


I do have a laptop, although I do not have a spare USB drive that I can download a fresh copy of Windows onto.
