Windows 10: Windows 10 Restart Loop

Hi there! I am using windows 10 on my desktop computer. The issue started when I was using my computer while doing some work. At first it was just a quick restart so I didn’t mind at all. Then the next day, it becomes worse. It shuts off then starts on its own, so I let it rest for about an hour or two thinking that maybe it overheated but it’s not. So, I decided to remove the cover of the System Unit and grab a fan and face directly to the system unit with the ac on to keep it cool. Checking the temp via BIOS 38c - 42c I think that’s normal. Still it keeps on going back to the restart loop after 10 mins using the computer.


I thought the problem was my RAM or Graphics card but it’s not. I replaced them both brandnew 8GB RAM with 6GB GTX 1050ti. Still after 2 days using my computer, it goes back to the same issue. FYI, I update my system regularly just like what my computer suggested.



I launched SAFE MODE because I’m afraid of damaging my files, and But I cannot login using my passcode/password. When in safe mode my computer is not restarting. So I think the problem here is my OS



PLEASE HELP BECAUSE MY FILES IS ALREADY CORRUPTED DUE TO THE RESTART LOOP.



+++I had my computer check at the local shop with the technician he suggested that it’s the RAM issue that’s why I bought new RAM and Graphics Card and the computer was built months ago and I just started using it
