The new mail and calendar is on 10051 but I know you don't have 10051. It should be on the next available build.

And that's an individual choice we make. The math works for me, since I have four computers and am looking to add (maybe) a 12" tablet or laptop. Also, Office is perpetually upgraded, which is a plus.

BTW, I'm hearing through the grapevine that Outlook may be added to Windows 10. We'll see. At least, there's always Outlook.com, which is free.

I'll be using Office 2013 Pro on 10, I've tested it on three builds and it works very well. Can't wait to see how quick it is when it's installed on an SSD as opposed to a VM on a spinner.

And guess who just bought a new 11.6" 'droid tablet! My HP Slate crapped out (something went wrong with the USB connection). Sheesh, I must be hard on my hardware! *Sad

Yesterday, our weekly "Penny Saver" paper showed up in the mailbox, and of course, we have to fill in a few things that we didn't get at our "monthly" shopping spree. So, I look at the Walmart ad and there is an RCA 11.6" tablet with keyboard for $169.00. Since we were already on our way to Walmart, I decided to pick one up. Had to hunt up a Walmart that had one in stock, but finally found one, went to get it and it's charging as I type. Since I already had a 10" RCA, there was no worry about getting this one.

So, another copy of Office for Android going on tonight. *Smile

Because I bought a Volume License Office 2010 Pro for £30 and two copies of Office 2013 Pro for £9 each.

That is a great price. I scored Office 2010 Professional Plus for $9.67 that is good for two computers. I have no desire to upgrade it.

The 2010 came from Software4Students (although their offers have long since declined) and I bought the two 2013 licenses through the MS HUP. Couldn't turn them down at that price, I'd rather be future proofed at a great price.

I have used Libre Office on my Linux systems. For basic things it's more or less the same as Office. But for e.g. complicating PowerPoint presentations I prefer Office 2007 or 2010. Try this in Impress:
