Windows 10: Windows 10: Screen flickering because of update

I recently updated my computer It was an optional update. After restarting, I started playing a game. and the screen sometimes went black and flickered. The game's performance was also slow. Can someone please help? It only happens when I play any game.

This issue might have occurred due to corrupted/ incompatible/ outdated display drivers after the latest update, try the below and check if it helps.
