    Windows 10 Screen Flickering in Safe Mode


    Hi,


    My screen has been continually flickering, and I haven't been able to figure out anything. I watched many videos and read the Microsoft support page, but they all required me to open the start menu, which I can't, because either it doesn't respond, or the screen flickers and resets the screen. This has been really frustrating and I've tried everything, using the task manager, using windows+R, going into safe mode, which it still flickers, and even just deleting all the apps with a computer reset. It still flickers. The monitor screen isn't broken, and I don't know what the problem is. It could either be a display driver, in which case I don't know how to solve, because I tried the Microsoft support steps, and I can't open the windows button, or a hardware problem, in which I won't know how to fix. I don't think it's an app, because I just deleted all the apps. Please help me.

    Screen flickering in Windows 10 safe mode

    I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.

    • Is the issue only happening in Safe Mode?

    I understand your query. I suggest you to follow the steps to get out of safe mode.


    • Press Windows key + R

    • Type msconfig

    • In msconfig > Boot tab >
      Boot Options > uncheck Safe Boot > APPLY / OK.
