Windows 10: Windows 10 Screen issue

Hi guys,

I have this issue lately that there is square type dots on screen. On white background dots are black and on videos etc it changes according to video color. This only happens on Windows 10 but not on Windows 7. I have updated graphics drivers on both windows. Any solution to this.

Windows 10: Issues with deleting a particular system file and Administrator Problems.

The issue is quite simple. Ever since migrating to Windows 10, I've been unable to administrate, though I'm supposedly an administrator with "full control." A current example: I've picked up a trojan file in a c:\windows subdirectory. having full control
of the c:\ directory, I should be able to simply delete the bad file. However, I can't do that because I get the following message:

"You require permission from the computer's administrator to make changes to this file." I've tried all the suggestions here and none of them work. This has been an ongoing issue with this OS since I installed it a year ago. Until now, I haven't needed
to "administrate" over this directory, and thought that Microsoft would eventually get around to fixing the problem, especially since there have been so many complaints about it. Apparently, Microsoft can't handle it. BTW, Windows 10 sucks. It's apparently
not built for end users who want to accomplish real work on the computers THEY OWN. Instead it's built for vendors who want to know who you are, where you are and what you're doing, so that they can tailor advertising to you.

 

Won't read SD CARD windows 10

Below is the result of following your Step 1. So my issue of Windows 10 not reading the SD is still not resolved. How come the required driver to allow Windows 10 to read the SD in my computer was not installed during the fix?

"There is a problem with the driver for USB-IF xHCI USB Host Controller. The driver needs to be reinstalled."

 

This happen using the browser only or are you seeing it on the desktop screen. Seems like type of Artifacting from your Graphics card.
Any other issues on the screen, does it freeze or stutter in the picture ? Recently make any hardware changes, open the case, remove the card ? Make sure Graphics card is seated properly if you did any changes in the case.

Again retry the drivers, uninstall the ones you put on recently and make sure install the newest here. Can be card is failing or Display driver issues. Download Drivers

 

It happens every where not only browser. I have not made any hardware changes at all. It does not happen with Windows 7, only Windows 10 has this issue. Maybe later I will reinstall the drivers.

 

You have a dual boot with Windows 7 ? Make sure completely uninstall Video card drivers before installing again.

 

Yeah Dual boot with Windows 7. never had this issue, it must be new AMD latest drivers for Windows 10.

 

Can be now that i see you are dual booting with Win 7.

Your Welcome, make sure cleanly uninstall original ones first, then install the latest. Screen will temporarily use microsoft basic drivers and have low resolution till you install the driver, but it is to make sure all is off first. Some use this, my A/V Flagged it though.

I used the tool to completely uninstall the drivers and now installed the latest amd driver. I still see the same issue. I wonder why it only happens in Windows 10 *Huh

 

Hard to say, from what i know and have read, either due to failing hardware (Graphics card) or it's drivers. Maybe something else in Windows 10 compared to Windows 7 that is causing it and possibly another software or drivers. I have never seen this at all here that i can say. To me i would think right off without even researching it would be the Graphics card or it's drivers. How often do you use Windows 7 and never see it happen compared to Windows 10 ?


Guess to rule out some software or driver conflict run Windows 10 in safe mode and see if it occurs there.

I use both mostly Windows 7. I have dual monitors. If it was graphics card then it would happen on both Windows. I can recheck everything incase. I am going uninstall the drivers again and see for few hours without drivers if i see the same issue on Windows 10.

 

I was not sure how often you used Windows 7 and recall again how often this issue happens. Only think maybe version of this AMD driver, maybe an older version on windows 10 may not do this, if due to the driver. Again for the sake of it try just Windows 10 in safe mode to see if it happens then.

 

Just tried Windows 10 in safe mode. Everything looked fine. I need older amd drivers just before crimson. This issue is very annoying. Pls suggest any solution.
