Please be informed, the Windows 10 SDK provides the latest headers, libraries, metadata and tools for building Windows 10 apps. By installing this SDK, the latest Visual Studio 2015 release, and your IDE environment you will be able to access the new Windows 10
APIs. The Windows 10 SDK allows you to build Universal Windows apps as well as desktop apps for
Windows 10, version 1607.

Will Windows 10 RTM build change or just update?

In my Insider Preview Insider Hub it says,

"Finally, once you activate Windows 10 or Windows 10 Insider Preview (Build 10240 or higher) - you'll be able to install public releases and Windows 10 Insider Preview builds of the same edition of Windows 10 seamlessly without the need to enter product
keys."

What exactly does "once you activate Windows 10 build 10240, you'll be able in install public releases without the need to enter product keys" mean?

Does it mean that Windows 10 RTM (build 10240) will change to higher builds (public releases) like Windows 10 Insider Preview?

Or am I not understanding it correctly?
