Windows 10: Windows 10 Search Bar Covered

My search screen is covered by something black while I am searching. When I click outside of the search bar everything looks normal.How can I solve this issue.

From the description, I understand that you are still receiving the pop up notifications, despite having disabled the search functionality in windows 10.

Steps to disable the Search Bar

• Right click on the task bar.
• Select the "Search" option.
• Select "Disable."

However, if the above steps don't work out, perform the below suggested steps and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

Open a CMD window started as Administrator.

Repair corruption: Dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth.

Run this command next: Sfc /scannow

Now run these two commands:

PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers |Where-Object {$_.InstallLocation -like "*SystemApps*"} | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Get rid of Windows 10 update that is now covering search bar

As of this morning the annoying Upgrade to Windows 10 is now covering my search bar at the top of my screen. I have been looking for an answer on how to get rid of this notice that I do not want and have even tried rebooting and clicking the x at the end
of the unwanted "ad" and it still will not go away.

I have been always been a windows/microsoft user but am seriously thinking about switching to apple. Why do I need to be badgered into updating to a product I do not want? I cant even use my search bar now because of it. If I wanted to upgrade (which I did
and uninstalled it due to losing most of my data that I had on my computer and being told by computer pros that it was really messing with peoples systems) then I would but if there is a button to upgrade there should be a button to remove the notification.
Now that it is covering the search bar none of the suggestions are working! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Windows 10: how to restore search bar in the taskbar?

When I right click on Taskbar, there is no "Search" in the list.
