Windows 10: Windows 10 Security Update kb2267602

I run Windows 10, am judicious about updates. I have checked for the Windows Security Update daily for a very long time. And almost every day, sometimes twice or more each day, another update is sent and current on my computer. Now the updates continue to grow, but the number of updates listed stays at 50. There are additional disturbing issues starting today. And I see that there have been NO NEW updated to KB2267602 since May.Please help!

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.

KB3097617 Update Bug + KB2267602 (1.207.2189.0)


I'm not able to complete the installation of the KB3097617 file (since 5 days). Try manual installation like suggested here:

How to Fix Windows 10 Cumulative Update KB3097617 Installation Issues - Softpedia

Did not work. The problem occurs on restart.

Got the same issue with KB2267602 but it was solved by Windows after several attempts. Will try like suggested in the link above to disable Defender...

Edit: KB2267602 (1.207.2189.0) Was never able to installed that file. Ubuntu or Grub is not the source of the bug.

 

Windows 7 Ultimate (64) Security updates not installing.

I have been having problems in installing the updates that I have listed below. For each update I attempted to install them individually but they would not install. I also downloaded the SURT 6.1 KB947821 v27. The problem has been going on now for about 2 months. (whenever the issue with the updates comes to mind I am never near my pc). Thank you in advance.
