  1. Windows 10 Security Update performance

After that important update for security my PC performance took a nose dive, Chrome is taking super long to open and I get random stutters while watching videos, anyone else have this problem?
Got a i7-8700 , GTX 1060 6GB, 8gb ram; good enough so i never had to worry about performance issues
Lost about 100 FPS in a few games I usually had 600~700 in too

  3. Windows 7 Ultimate (64) Security updates not installing.

I have been having problems in installing the updates that I have listed below. For each update I attempted to install them individually but they would not install. I also downloaded the SURT 6.1 KB947821 v27. The problem has been going on now for about 2 months. (whenever the issue with the updates comes to mind I am never near my pc). Thank you in advance.

    Windows 10 Security Update performance

Microsoft to make Windows 10 updates mandatory

Well, at the moment at least, you can choose to defer upgrades. Under Settings > Windows Updates > Advanced options you need to check the box labeled "Defer upgrades". What does that do? Good question. The answer I've found might illuminate it to a degree.

    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/defer-upgrades-in-windows-10

I hear this only applies to Pro and Enterprise editions. But I can't verify that.
