Windows 10: Windows 10: Services: Error Code 1061

Using Windows 10 Home 64; in Admin Tools Services when trying to stop a Update service program that is preventing a program from installing I keep getting Error 1061: Service cannot accept control messages at this time. In the install program when it failed to install I get the message Error 1921 (name of company whose program I am installing) update service program can not be stopped.

Ok I got an "Internal Error Code While Installing Service Pack." window.

Anyone have a clue what to do... Please I really want to install this.

 

Windows 10 Update Orchestrator Service

found similar error in the 'System' log, during the restart after installing the update, is this normal for windows 10? Does everyone faced such thing? The update seems to have settled, in the status I've see 'Success', there seem to be no other errors.
