    Windows 10 Settings unstable


    I updated my laptop to 2004 build 19041.630, but when I select "settings" and click on any of the categories in settings, it causes the display to become unstable and flcker rapidly, together with only partial formation of the page.

    I reverted to V1909 and tried updating to 20h2 which gives the same effect. Hovering the mouse over the settings gear wheel on the taskbar shows the settings page complete which can then be selected but it is still prone to instability.

    Other functions seem normal.
