Windows 10: Windows 10 setup stuck at “Getting Updates” and also stuck at 46 percent

Discus and support Windows 10 setup stuck at “Getting Updates” and also stuck at 46 percent in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; So i have a Lenovo G575..its an old computer..and im surprised i was able to get Windows 8.1 on it..even though i was stuck in Windows 7 Home Premium...     Windows 10 setup stuck at “Getting Updates” and also stuck at 46 percent


    So i have a Lenovo G575..its an old computer..and im surprised i was able to get Windows 8.1 on it..even though i was stuck in Windows 7 Home Premium Edition(i think) it wasnt i bad software, i loved it a lot, i just thought it would be time for a change..


    so i decided to upgrade to 8.1 with an empty 4.7 GB CD disk..i used the Windows 7 USB to DVD drive to help ke upgrade, and it worked! Surprisengly..

    anyways..i then decided to upgrade yet again to 10..so i downloaded the Windows 10 installation tool..(i couldnt find the ISO file for CD disk) but heres where the probelm begins..


    everything runs smoothly..but then i get to the “Getting Updates” page..and now its stuck at 46%..and its been like that for 3 hours now...what should i do now? Any help would be very greatful


    My Specifications:


    -AMD E2 VISION-480 with intigrated graph


    2 GB of RAM(standerd not upgrade


    and i think a 280 GB hard disk

    Windows Update Stuck At 46%

    Hello Everyone,

    Recently Upgraded To Windows 10. The Forced Windows Update Is Stuck At 46% And No Update Is Now Downloading And Unable To Cancel Them As Well...!!

    Kindly Help In This Matter.

    Have found the same problem with my computer. Stuck at 46% and not moving. Come on Microsoft what are you doing about this problem.
