Windows 10: Windows 10 shows Recovery blue screen with an error code 0xc0000102

Windows 10 shows Recovery blue screen with an error code 0xc0000102. This happened few months ago and within that period of time I've tried repairing my laptop with an installation disk but it is not booting through cd or usb, someone then recommend i checked my boot order and when i did everything was just fine. Please what do i do?

I am using Asus GL752V that i bought 5 month ago with a pre-installed windows 10.

All is good until today when I open my notebook PC i got a blue screen error of the following;

"

Your pc device needs to be repaired.

The operating system couldnt be loaded because a critical system driver is missing or contain errors.

File: \windows\system32\driver\pci.sys

Error code : 0xc0000102

You'll need recovery tools.... " *the rest in the picture

I have tried F8 and get a second blue screen and tried F4 for safe mode but was brought to the first blue screen.

Need help! And thanks in advance.

Yes, Windows 10 and drivers are up to date! The error is at boot up....it won't even boot up!
