    • What is the Windows 10 version and Build installed? (Type
      winver in Windows search/Run command)
    • What is the KB number of the update installed, prior to this issue?

    However, we would like you download and install the driver release on 25th September, 2019 from this article and then check:

    no change to driver still showing:

    Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)
