    Windows 10 sign-in options not working
    Window freezes when I click on the "Sign-In Options"
    Been working on it for days. I've tried at least 20 things. Still no fix.

    I have the same issue under Windows 10 version 1511, OS Build 10586.63 . Under Accounts setting the "Sign-In Options" tab in the left hand options is greyed out. The add PIN or forgot my PIN options are missing or inaccessible.

    There has just been a cumulative update for Windows 10 to build 10586.494. Has this been installed and does it make a difference?
